Konya University of Food and Agriculture achieved a significant success at the Biotechnology and Innovation Project Competition held as part of TEKNOFEST 2025. Our university’s team brought us great pride by winning second place in Turkey and the “Best Presentation” award for their project on the design of chemotactic nanobots for cancer treatment.
The team, advised by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gülcihan Gülseren, included our doctoral students Zeynep Demirsoy and Belma Taş, as well as our master’s students Elif Sara and Merve Şeker. Their innovative project was recognized as a significant step toward developing targeted drug delivery systems for cancer treatment.
This valuable achievement once again underscores Konya Food and Agriculture University’s vision for research and innovation; it also serves as a strong demonstration that our students can produce projects that illuminate the future by combining scientific knowledge with innovative thinking.
As a university community, we congratulate our faculty advisor and students on this valuable achievement and hope that their contributions to scientific research and innovation will continue to grow.
