Application and Registration

Application and registration procedures for our programs take place at the beginning of each academic term, twice a year in total. Depending on the conditions of the program applied for, a success score is calculated according to the applicants' undergraduate or graduate graduation averages, ALES and foreign language exam scores and science exam scores. Candidates are admitted to the program starting from the candidate with the highest success score as a result of the averages, the weights of which are specified in the relevant regulations, to fill the scholarship and then discounted quotas. The relevant quotas, minimum application requirements, success ranking methods and other information are detailed in the application announcements made for that semester. These announcements can be found in the "Announcements" box of our Institute's web pages.

Students who are eligible to enroll in the programs must register in person at the Graduate School Secretariat. The documents required for registration are also included in the application announcements. The originals of the required documents must be submitted during registration.

Candidates gain the status of KGTU student after the registration process and if they wish, the documents stating their status will be issued to them by the Graduate School Secretariat.
