This page usually includes answers to questions about IT services, e-mail and internet usage, student and staff information systems, common technical problems and their solutions. How can I create an e-mail account?
You can apply for the application form from the "Forms" tab on the Department of Information Technologies page. After filling out the required form, you can apply to the Department of Information Technologies.



How can I close my e-mail account?
After filling out the"Termination of Relationship Form" on the Student Affairs Department page, you can apply to the Department of Information Technologies to apply and terminate your relationship.


How can I reset my e-mail password?
In order to reset the student or staff password, you must apply to the Department of Information Technologies.


How can I connect my Android device to the network?
You can follow the necessary steps to connect to the network in the"Android Operating System Wifi Settings" document on the IT Department page.


How can I connect my Apple device to the network?
You can follow the necessary steps to connect to the network in the Apple Wireless Connection Settings document in the "Support" tab on the IT Department page.


How Can I Get an Office 365 Licensed Account?
Our university offers free MS Office 365 licensed accounts to students and staff. To request an Office 365 account, students are required to request their student number, credentials and student e-mail address. For staff, it will be sufficient to request only user information. To submit your account requests and create a new Office 365 account, please provide your relevant information accurately and completely to office@gidatarim.edu.tr. Your request will be evaluated and your account will be activated as soon as possible. You can contact our IT department for any support or assistance you may need.


How can I activate my student card?
Student card is used for entrance and exit turnstiles and dining hall services. Please request your card from the Student Affairs Department. When you receive your card, please apply to the IT Department for activation.
