Bengisu BÜYÜKMUMCU “Levels of Technostress Experienced by Employees in High-Tech Manufacturing Organizations During the Digitalization Process and the Impact of This Technostress on Employee Job Satisfaction,” has been awarded funding under the TÜBİTAK 2209-A University Student Research Projects Support Program.
With the widespread adoption of digital technologies in the industrial sector today, production processes are undergoing significant transformation, and employees’ adaptation to this change is becoming increasingly important. The project aims to examine the relationship between the levels of technostress experienced by employees working in high-tech manufacturing industries during the digitalization process and their job satisfaction.
The study will address the challenges employees face in adapting to new technologies, the stress factors arising from technology use, and the effects of these factors on their work lives. The data collected will help provide a more comprehensive understanding of how digital transformation processes affect employees’ psychological well-being and job satisfaction.
We congratulate our student and her advisor and wish them continued success.
