About Diploma Registration

For students who have successfully completed all graduation requirements of the program (courses, seminars, projects, and/or thesis work), graduation procedures are handled by the Institute Secretariat through the university information system.

After the graduation information is entered into the system, the relevant records are evaluated electronically by the Ministry of Health’s Diploma Registration Unit, and the registration process is completed.

Once the registration process is complete, graduate information is transferred to the Ministry of Health’s Health Personnel Registration and Certification System and can be viewed on the relevant inquiry screens.

Graduates can track their registration status through the “Ministry of Health Registration and Certification Information System” service available on the e-Government Portal.
