You are required to use the Campus Card System for dining hall reservations. Detailed information about the User Guide is presented below.
Konya Food and Agriculture University Campus Card System User Guide
- Log in to kampuskart.gidatarim.edu.tr from your internet browser.
- Log in with your Turkish ID number at the address you entered.
- Click on the "dining hall reservation" button on the system.
- On the page that opens, select the dining hall you want to enter and the meal you want to choose.
- You can see the menu of the day by clicking on the "cutlery" icon on the interface that appears as a calendar.
- After you have decided, click on the "+" button on the day(s) of the meal you will attend and move your reservation to the last step.
- Make your final checks on the right side and click on the "confirm" button at the top.
- After clicking the confirm button, enter your card information in the window that opens and make the payment for the reservations you have made.
- When your payment is confirmed, your reservation process will be completed.
- Meal reservations and reservation cancellations must be made until 15:00 on Saturday of the current week for the following week.
- After completing your reservation process, you can enter the dining hall with your student card or by scanning the QR code from the SoliClub application. (You can find detailed information about the SoliClub application at yemekhane.gidatarim.edu.tr ). Balance top-ups made via Soliclub cannot be used in the Campus Card system. Please pay for dining hall reservations only through the Campus Card system. Balance top-ups made via Soliclub cannot be used in the Campus Card system.
