Duties, Authorities and Responsibilities

The duties of the Department of Health, Culture and Sports are as follows

a) Providing psychological counseling and guidance services

b) To carry out sports services,

c) To coordinate services related to Student Communities,

d) To carry out the necessary work and procedures related to student treatments,

e) To carry out Social and Cultural Services, to establish and operate social facilities etc,

f) To provide nutrition and accommodation services for students,

g) To carry out the work and procedures related to the employment of part-time student-assistant students,

h) To follow up the SSI Premium Payments of Internship Students,

i) To follow up the assistance service for successful and needy students,

j) To provide social facility opportunities to the students, academic and administrative staff and all members of the University in the fields of nutrition, housing, health and culture,

k) To provide or make available areas where members of our university and students can spend their free time or rest.

l) Carrying out financial affairs and transactions related to the activities carried out within the scope of students' social, cultural and technical trips,

m) To ensure the execution of barrier-free university services in the university campus, rectorate and affiliated units,

n) Posting the announcements coming to the University or deemed appropriate by the Rectorate through indoor bulletin boards,

o) To perform similar duties assigned by the Senior Management.
