2026–2027 Academic Year Orientation Meeting Held for Molecular Biology and Genetics Students

The Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics at Konya Food and Agriculture University held an orientation meeting for its students as part of the 2026–2027 academic year.
During the meeting, students were informed about course selection and academic procedures, Erasmus+ opportunities within the department, internship processes, activities conducted with external stakeholders, and the department’s quality assurance processes. Information was also provided on the FEDEK program accreditation of the Molecular Biology and Genetics Program and the University’s institutional accreditation process, with particular emphasis on the role of students in quality assurance and accreditation activities. As part of the meeting, student representatives for the Preparatory Class and the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years were also elected to strengthen student participation and representation. The orientation meeting aimed to provide students with information about academic and administrative processes, enable them to make effective use of departmental opportunities, and encourage their active participation in education and quality assurance processes.
