The Digital Agriculture Technologies Program at Konya University of Food and Agriculture offers education and training tailored to the needs of the modern era in the field of digital agriculture technologies—the most strategic area of the modern agricultural world. Our program stands out for its robust curriculum—which integrates agricultural and livestock production processes with artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), autonomous systems, and data analytics—its application-oriented approach, and its educational philosophy aimed at training the digital agriculture experts of the future.

  • Wide-Ranging Career Opportunities: Our graduates have career opportunities as “Digital Agriculture Specialists” in corporate agriculture and livestock operations, national and international R&D firms developing smart agriculture technologies, software companies, and public institutions.

Our Approach to Education

In our department, education is not limited to the transfer of theoretical knowledge in the classroom. Starting in their first year, our students participate in smart agriculture projects, gain hands-on field experience through industry partnerships, and build a strong portfolio before graduation by working on teams that develop innovative agricultural technologies.

Graduates of the Digital Agricultural Technologies Program step into the future as visionary professionals who can increase efficiency in agricultural production, optimize water and resource management in the face of climate change, and establish AI-supported production models. Our graduates are well-equipped to advance rapidly within the industry and to launch their own technology-based agricultural startups (AgTech).
