2026 YKS Application Period – Part-Time Student Applications

Dear Students,

In accordance with our university’s Part-Time Student Guidelines, part-time students will be hired to assist with the KGTÜ Preference Days, which will be held following the announcement of the 2026 YKS results by ÖSYM.

Application Dates:

July 8 – July 13, 2026 (11:59 PM)

Students wishing to apply must complete and sign the Part-Time Student Application Form provided below and submit a scanned copy to us via the application link.

Interview:

Prospective students are expected to participate in a brief interview on July 16, 2026.

Admission Process:

Applicants who are accepted will be asked to submit their completed, hand-signed forms to the relevant departments at a later date.

Working Conditions:

• Work period: July 20 – August 9

(The dates listed are subject to change based on mandatory updates to the application period calendar.)

Considerations for Applications:

Balance will be maintained in the distribution across faculties and departments; quotas will be allocated fairly.

Qualifications Sought in Prospective Students:

• Possess strong communication skills and presentation abilities,

• Have general knowledge about our university and agree to participate in the orientation event,

• Have a Weighted Cumulative Grade Point Average (WCGPA) of 2.50 or higher.
