- To comply with ethical principles in professional, academic and administrative processes and practices
2.1. Professional Ethical Behavior:
- Not to alter or falsify personnel and student records within the scope of their duties and responsibilities in any way
- Not using the institution's official guidelines, in-class and out-of-class practices, decisions and resources for personal, professional or academic purposes or achievements without the written permission of the institution
- Not to use the material and moral gains or practices of the institution or its personnel for personal interests,
- Not to use institutional and professional privileges such as duties, responsibilities, career and academic work within the organization for personal interests.
2.2. Ethical Principles for Academic and Administrative Processes:
- To make appointments within the organization on the basis of professionalism and competence,
- As personnel with competence, career and merit in different fields, taking responsibility with a professional approach and not avoiding our duties,
- To work in the areas where our duties and responsibilities take place (classroom, office, laboratory, etc.) to successfully realize the goals of the institution,
- To observe fairness and justice among employees and to provide equal opportunities for everyone in internal assignments.
