At our university, students have the opportunity to gain academic knowledge in a different field of interest in addition to their primary major. In this context, the Minor Program offers students the opportunity to specialize in a second field.

Graduation and Certificate
Students who successfully complete both their major and minor programs are awarded a Minor Certificate. This certificate is presented as an additional academic achievement on students’ graduation transcripts.

A double major program allows students to earn a second bachelor’s degree.
In a minor program, however, students gain expertise in an additional field and receive a certificate, but they do not earn a second degree.
Yes. Students are admitted to minor programs within the quota set each year. Quotas are announced by the relevant department.
Minor courses are offered according to the relevant department’s course schedule. Students can register using the course schedule announced at the beginning of the semester.
Applications are submitted online through the Office of Student Affairs within the announced timeline.
Upon graduation, students receive a Minor Certificate in addition to their major diploma. This certificate is added to the student’s academic transcript as an official document.
