Duties, Authorities and Responsibilities

The duties of the Personnel Department are as follows

a) To carry out studies on manpower planning and personnel policy of the University,

b) To carry out the works and procedures related to the appointment, personnel and retirement procedures of the personnel at all levels working in the units of the University,

c) To carry out the works and procedures related to meeting the needs of faculty members, lecturers, lecturers, research assistants, specialists, lecturers in line with the requests from the Rectorate and affiliated academic units (Faculties / Schools / Institutes) of our University,

d) To carry out the necessary work and procedures for the recruitment of full-time and part-time academic staff required by the University units, e) To carry out the procedures related to the assignment of the appointed academic and administrative staff

f) To organize personnel contracts, to follow up in accordance with the provisions of the contract,

g) To receive the requests of the university staff to be assigned for research and examination purposes such as congresses, conferences, symposiums, panels, etc. in Turkey and abroad and to make proposals to the senior management

h) To carry out the work and procedures for the employment of foreign national staff and lecturers

i) To carry out the work and transactions related to the organization, follow-up and preservation of the personal and registry files of the personnel of our university,

j) To make the YÖKSİS registration of the Academic Staff assigned to our university on time,

k) To ensure that the annual, excuse, duty leave and sickness report procedures of the personnel are carried out regularly, l) To carry out the consent and resignation procedures of academic and administrative staff upon the request and recommendation of senior management.

m) To fulfill similar duties assigned by the senior management.
