A Technical Visit to Konya Technopark and Innopark Was Conducted Within the Scope of Technopreneurship Courses

Within the scope of the 2025–2026 Spring Semester Technopreneurship and Strategic Entrepreneurship courses, a technical visit program was organized on May 6, 2026, to Konya Technokent and Innopark Konya Technology Development Zone.

Within the framework of this technical visit, comprehensive information was provided to prospective entrepreneurs about the infrastructure opportunities offered by technology development zones, entrepreneurship and project development processes, and the support mechanisms available. Additionally, consultancy and mentorship services provided within Technokent and Innopark, as well as potential collaborations within the scope of university–industry cooperation, were discussed in detail.

As part of the program, start-ups and R&D companies operating in incubation and entrepreneurship centers were visited; company representatives shared their experiences regarding entrepreneurship processes. In this way, students were able to reinforce their theoretical knowledge with field experience.

On the other hand, discussions were held on advancing projects being developed by students in cooperation with the relevant technology development zones, and potential collaborations were evaluated on-site.

The technical visit contributed to students gaining a close understanding of the entrepreneurship ecosystem and provided an important opportunity for them to acquire practical knowledge and experience.
