Students enrolled in internship courses offered at our faculty can carry out their internship processes in a healthy way by following the steps below.
Step-1: Selection and Approval of Internship Location
- The "Certificate of Internship Obligation" and "Internship Acceptance Form" below are filled in.
- The Certificate of Internship Requirement is approved by the Head of the Department to which you are affiliated.
- The approved Certificate of Internship Obligation is submitted to the institution where you will do internship and the Internship Acceptance Form approved by the institutionis taken.
- !!! The "Work Planned During the Internship" section in the internship acceptance form must be filled out in consultation with the company.
- In this section, it will be written briefly what the internship covers. It is not necessary to give detailed information. This information will then be included in the internship report.
- The Internship Acceptance Formapproved by the company is evaluated and approved by your Department Internship Coordinator.
Step-2: Insurance Registration
- The following documents must be submitted to the TDBF Secretariat at least 3 days before the internship start date to be forwarded to the Department of Strategy and Development
- Internship Acceptance Form approved by the company and your Department Internship Coordinator
- Approved Insurance Period Calculation Sheet (signature of the Vice Rector is not required)
- Certificate of Necessity obtained by entering SSI transactions via e-government
- Photocopy of T.R. Identity card
Step-3: Internship Notebook
During the internship, you are expected to keep an internship notebook in which you will record your daily activities. This internship notebook is generally similar to the laboratory notebooks you keep in applied courses such as laboratory or field work, and you are expected to keep your daily notes in this way.
The points you will pay attention about the internship notebook are given below:
- The internship notebook should be A4 or similar format. Small "agenda" type notebooks will not be accepted.
- The internship notebook must have a thick cardboard, cloth or plastic binding held together with staples, glue or stitching. Spiral notebooks or notebooks with wires will not be accepted.
- You can choose the page format of the internship notebook as you wish. All formats such as lined, squared, dotted, etc. will be accepted.
- Internship notebook the first 5 pages will be left blank.
- In the upper right corner of all pages of the notebook that you use during the internship history knowledge to enter and page number you are required to write.
- At the bottom of each page used in the internship notebook student and internship supervisor's signature must be completed.
Step-4: Student Internship Evaluation Form
- This form, which you can download from the link below, must be filled in at the end of the internship by the internship supervisor and / or the official to be determined by the institution where you are doing your internship.

- The completed form should be sent to the faculty secretariat by mail in a sealed and signed envelope by the institution where you are doing your internship, or it should be delivered to you to be forwarded to the faculty secretariat.
Step-5: Internship Report
- You are expected to write a report at the end of the internship. The format of this report and information about what should be included in it is available in the report format that you can access with the link below.

Step-6: Submission of Internship Documents
- After the completion of your internship, the documents listed below must be submitted to the faculty secretariat in a suitable size envelope or folder with your name and student number on it:
- Internship Notebook(in appropriate format and first 5 pages blank)
- Student Internship Evaluation Form(if mailed by the company, it will be attached by the secretariat)
- Internship Report
Step-7: Evaluation of Documents by the Internship Committee
- An oral evaluation of your internship will be made after the Faculty Internship Commission reviews the relevant internship documents.
- The date of this oral evaluation will be communicated to you later.
