Advisory Services

Reference services are resources created to meet the general information needs of users. The materials in the reference collection can only be used within the Library. Staff working in the reference unit;

• Assists users in providing accurate and quick information by making use of library resources and other information centers,
• Provides user training,
• Carries out interlibrary loan (ILL) services,
• Works to ensure that users benefit from electronic databases.
• Responds to inquiries by phone, instant message, e-mail and face-to-face inquiries,
• The library organizes promotional tours.
