Graduation Ceremony Announcement

Dear graduates and prospective graduates,

The 2025–2026 Academic Year Commencement Ceremony will be held on July 3, 2026, in three sessions at the Main Building Conference Hall.

The graduation ceremony times by faculty are listed below:
Faculty of Engineering and Architecture: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Sciences: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Faculty of Social and Humanities Sciences: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

All fourth-year students are eligible to attend the graduation ceremony.

Gown distribution will take placebetween June 18 and July 2, 2026 (weekdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM) at the Conference Hall of the University’s Foreign Languages Building, in exchange for a student ID card.

Attendees are required to wear a graduation gown and appropriate attire. (Shorts, flip-flops, sandals, etc., are not permitted.)

Gowns and caps must be returned by the end of business hours on July 13, 2026.

Gowns and caps will be issued upon signature; in the event of any damage to the graduation gowns or caps , a fee of 2,100 TL for the gown and 700 TL for the cap will be charged.

We kindly request that our students be present in the ceremony area at least 40 minutes before the ceremony, along with their gowns and caps, to receive instructions regarding the ceremony lineup.
