An Orientation Program Was Held at Konya University of Food and Agriculture

Konya University of Food and Agriculture organized an orientation program for its students on September 17 ahead of the new academic year. The program took place on the university campus with a high turnout.

The event began with an opening speech by our Rector, Prof. Dr. Erol Turan. In his speech, the Rector explained the university’s vision and academic goals to the students and wished them a successful academic life.

Following the opening remarks, our Vice Rector, Prof. Dr. Kıvanç Bilecen, introduced the administrative units and operational processes at the university. Students were provided with detailed information regarding the advising system, student affairs, library services, and campus facilities.

The program was organized to help students adapt to the university more quickly and prepare for the academic process in a conscious manner.

Thus, the doors to a learning journey where new students can gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills—enabling them to get to know one another and ease their adaptation to university life—have been opened.
