Psychological Counseling Center Clarification Text

Konya Food and Agriculture University (hereinafter referred to as the "University" ), as the data controller, with the principle of protecting the privacy of private life; The personal data of the persons who are members of the Psychological Counseling Center system of our University and who request an appointment from the Center will be recorded, classified, stored, updated and processed in accordance with the Law within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"), within the framework of the processing conditions listed in the Law, and will be transferred to third parties in cases and to the extent permitted by the legislation.

This Clarification Text has been prepared in accordance with the relevant legislation in force and the rules set forth in the regulations, communiqués, decisions and guidelines published by the Board, especially the Law. In the event that there is a change in the Law or other relevant legislation after the date of publication of the Clarification Text by the University and the Clarification Text becomes incompatible with the said change, the amended provisions and rules will be applied. All communiqués, decisions and guidelines published by the Board are followed by the University and the rules stipulated in the Clarification Text are kept up to date.

1. PERSON IN CONCERN

Data subjects within the scope of the Clarification Text are all real persons who are members of the Psychological Counseling Center system of our University and who request an appointment from the Center.

2. IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER AND REPRESENTATIVE

In accordance with the Law, your personal data will be collected and processed by Konya Food and Agriculture University as the data controller within the scope described below.

Your personal data collected through the channels and methods specified in this Clarification Text are processed by the University for the following purposes and legal reasons.

3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data collected within the framework of the execution of Psychological Counseling Center activities will be shared by the University with the relevant PAMER consultants for the purpose of evaluating your appointment requests and scheduling your appointments within the framework of the data processing purposes listed above and the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

4. SHARING PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES ABROAD

Your personal data may be shared with abroad within the framework of keeping the e-mail service infrastructures of the e-mail contact addresses sent to the relevant persons in data centers located abroad.

5. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW
