Application and Registration Procedures for the 2025–2026 Academic Year Foreign Language Preparatory Class Summer School

Dear students,

Applications and registration for the 2025-2026 academic year Konya Food and Agriculture University Foreign Language Preparatory Class summer school will be accepted between June 29 and July 3, 2026, by completing the application form. To complete your registration, you must deposit the specified fee into the designated bank account.

PREPARATORY SUMMER SCHOOL APPLICATION DETAILS

• In accordance with the letter dated June 20, 2023, numbered E75850160-104.01.01.01-42076 dated June 20, 2023, summer term courses and exams will be conducted in person.
• The Foreign Language Preparatory School will be held fromJuly 6 to August 4, 2026, for 25 hours per week and a total of 100 hours.
• There is an 85% attendance requirement for the Foreign Language Preparatory Class summer school.
• The fee for the Preparatory Class Summer School is 13,000 (thirteen thousand) TL (including VAT).
• Applications for the English Preparatory Summer School are made via the application form.
• Payments are made via EFT/wire transfer.

Students enrolled in the Summer School are subject to the provisions ofthe “Konya Food and Agriculture University Undergraduate Education and Teaching Regulations” andthe “Konya Food and Agriculture University Foreign Language Preparatory Class Education, Teaching, and Examination Guidelines.”

Students participating in the Summer School from outside the province of Konya must submit their requests for accommodation by July 3, 2026, at 5:00 PM to the email address Betul.Gok@gidatarim.edu.tr. Otherwise, no accommodation arrangements can be made.

For a course to be offered in the summer school following final registration, at least 10 (ten) students must have registered for the course. If the number of students is less than 10, the Department of Foreign Languages will reassess the number of students.

FINAL REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR COURSES TO BE OFFERED IN SUMMER SCHOOL ARE CONDUCTED AS FOLLOWS.

After filling out the student application form and completing the preliminary registration, the student deposits the fee into the bank account specified below and sends the receipt confirming the payment (Final registration will not be completed if payment is not made) to the Office of Strategic Development in person or via email to Strateji@gidatarim.edu.tr.
