Announcement Regarding the Results of Part-Time Student Applications and Document Submission for the 2026–2027 Academic Year
The application evaluation process for Part-Time Students (KZÖ) for the 2026–2027 academic year has been completed. The list of eligible candidates has been announced, and the relevant students have been notified.
Candidates who will serve as part-time students must personally submit the documents listed below to the Directorate of Health, Culture, and Sports by the end of business hours on Monday, October 12, 2026, at the latest, in order to complete the onboarding process.
Documents Required for Hiring
- Passport-sized Photo (1 copy)
- Certificate of Eligibility
- Copy of ID Card / Turkish ID Card
- Student Certificate (Available via e-Government or from the relevant Faculty/Office of Student Affairs)
- Medical Certificate (Available from your family doctor)
- Certificate of No Disciplinary Action (Available from the Dean’s Office or the Office of Student Affairs)
- Ziraat Bank Hocacihan Branch Account Information (IBAN)
- Part-Time Student Employment Contract (To be obtained from our Office or the university website and signed.)
Important Note: Candidates who fail to submit all required documents by the specified date will be deemed to have withdrawn their application.
