About the Training
Adolescence is a critical developmental stage during which individuals undergo intense biological, psychological, and social changes, and consequently, the therapeutic process involves unique dynamics. This training aims to provide professionals working in or aspiring to work in the field of mental health with a framework for understanding the fundamental challenges encountered in therapeutic processes with adolescents and for developing effective intervention methods to address these challenges.
Throughout the training, participants will learn how to establish and maintain a therapeutic alliance from the initial session onward. Additionally, the extent to which and how the family should be involved in the process when working with adolescents will be addressed as a key topic.
Training Objectives
The objectives of this training are for participants to:
• Understand the psychological dynamics of adolescence,
• Develop skills in establishing therapeutic relationships with adolescents,
• Identify and manage resistance and challenges encountered in the clinical process,
• Structure the initial consultation process,
• Integrate the family into the therapeutic process appropriately

Training Method
The training will be conducted in person, combining theoretical instruction with practical, hands-on activities. The goal is to create an interactive learning environment that encourages active participant engagement.

Assessment and Certification
At the end of the training, a brief assessment process will be conducted to evaluate whether participants have achieved the targeted level of knowledge and competence. Participants who successfully complete the training will be issued a certificate of participation.
