GıTalks Technology Conference Held at Our University

The “GıTalks Technology Conference,” organized by our university's Communication and Promotion Society, was held on February 16 with the active participation of students and academics. The conference, which brought together the fields of food, agriculture, and technology under a common umbrella, attracted attention both for its rich content and the contributions of industry representatives.

Throughout the day-long event, current and future-oriented topics such as artificial intelligence applications, mobile application development processes, digital transformation strategies, and the entrepreneurship ecosystem were discussed.

Expert speakers shared examples from their own career journeys and passed on their experiences to students. Participants had the opportunity to find direct answers to their questions in sessions that blended academic knowledge with industry experience.The promotional booths set up as part of the conference also attracted significant interest from students. Thanks to the company and community booths in the event area, students were able to engage in one-on-one discussions with industry representatives and learn about internship and career opportunities. In this respect, GıTalks went beyond being just a conference and served as an important networking platform.With its content that both provided vision and contributed to career planning for participants, the GıTalks Technology Conference once again demonstrated the importance our university attaches to scientific and sectoral collaborations.
