Our university organized an in-service training session on “Communication in the Workplace and Healthy Boundaries”

Konya University of Food and Agriculture has launched in-service training programs for its administrative staff. As part of this initiative, on October 1, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hatice Deniz Günaydın, a faculty member at our university, conducted a training session titled “Communication in the Workplace and Healthy Boundaries.”
The training covered effective communication in the workplace, establishing healthy boundaries, conflict management, and the importance of creating a positive work environment. Participants had the opportunity to share their experiences and ask questions during the interactive session.
Our university will continue to organize in-service training programs aimed at supporting the professional and personal development of our staff.
