Visitor Clarification Text Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

Konya Food and Agriculture University (hereinafter referred to as "University" ) as the data controller, in particular the principle of protecting the privacy of private life; The personal data of visitors whose personal data are obtained through closed circuit camera systems and visitor logbooks on the University campus will be recorded, classified, stored, updated and processed in accordance with the Law within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"), and will be processed within the framework of the processing conditions listed in the Law, and will be transferred to third parties in cases and to the extent permitted by the legislation.

Data subjects within the scope of the Clarification Text are all real persons who visit the University campuses.

In accordance with the Law, your personal data will be collected and processed by Konya Food and Agriculture University as the data controller within the scope described below.
