INCES - International Congress of Science, Culture and Education
Dear Academics, Educators, Researchers, and Field Experts,
We are very pleased to invite you to the INCES – International Congress of Science, Culture and Education, which we are honored to organize for the 9th time this year. Over the years, our congress has become an important scientific meeting point that brings together different disciplines.

The increasingly accelerating transformation of the digital age is reshaping many areas, from access to information to learning processes. Artificial intelligence, big data, digital learning systems, biotechnology, and new production technologies are now creating changes that affect not only the functioning of education and science, but also many vital fields such as health, environment, food, and agriculture.
This ongoing transformation is bringing forward new areas of discussion across a wide spectrum, from the psychological aspects of human behavior to the evolving role of teaching. The renewal of methods used in scientific production and the strengthening of sustainable society goals are also among the important components of this transformation.
For this reason, we invite you—esteemed scientists and experts—to come together at our congress shaped around the theme of “Education, Science and Digital Transformation.” With the contributions of participants from different fields, we aim to create a rich academic environment.
Our event will be held in cooperation with Konya Food and Agriculture University, which stands out for its expertise in the fields of agriculture and food. This collaboration provides our congress with both scientific depth and a strong interdisciplinary framework.
At this scientific gathering, which will take place on April 23–26, 2026, we aim to contribute to the discussion of new ideas, the development of collaborative studies, and a greener and more sustainable future. Productive sessions and discussion environments that will increase interaction among participants are being planned.
The abstracts and full texts of the papers presented at the congress will be published as an e-book in Web of Sciences (WOS). Our congress meets the current associate professorship criteria. If you wish, you may also publish your papers as book chapters in our books that will be published independently of the congress.
Within the scope of the congress, presentations will be given in various fields such as education, science, digital transformation, social sciences, food and agricultural technologies, and digital culture. In this way, we plan to create an academic environment that supports an interdisciplinary perspective and lays the groundwork for new collaborations.
We invite you to become part of this rich environment of discussion and sharing with your scientific contributions and valuable participation, to understand and interpret the transformations brought by the digital world, and to shed light on the future.
