2026–2027 Academic Year Quality Processes and Internal Control Action Plan Information Meeting Held

Konya Food and Agriculture University held a comprehensive information and evaluation meeting on the quality assurance activities planned for the 2026–2027 academic year, with the participation of the Rector and the Vice Rector responsible for quality processes.

The meeting, attended by deans, heads of departments, and unit quality representatives, addressed the activities to be carried out within the scope of the University’s Internal Control Action Plan, the roles and responsibilities of academic and administrative units, and the related monitoring and reporting mechanisms. Particular emphasis was placed on the contribution of the internal control system to effective institutional functioning, accountability, clarity of roles and responsibilities, and continuous improvement.

Another major agenda item was the 2026–2027 Academic Year Quality Calendar. Participants were informed about the quality assurance activities, monitoring and evaluation processes, stakeholder participation practices, and unit-level responsibilities planned throughout the academic year. A roadmap was shared to support the coordinated and systematic implementation of these activities across the University.

The meeting also emphasized that quality assurance is not limited to the activities of individual units but represents an institution-wide management approach that is implemented, monitored, and continuously improved through the participation of academic and administrative units. Discussions focused on strengthening unit participation, systematically monitoring practices, and incorporating the results into continuous improvement activities.

The meeting aimed to strengthen institutional coordination regarding quality assurance and internal control activities for the 2026–2027 academic year and to maintain a common implementation approach across the University.
