Ambassador of Ghana Visited Konya Food and Agriculture University

His Excellency Mr. A. Nasiru-Deen, Ambassador of the Republic of Ghana to Turkey, Josephine Dzotsi, Commercial Attaché of the Embassy of Ghana to Turkey, and Abdurrahman Kafas, Vice President and Board Member of ICT Investment, visited Konya Food and Agriculture University.
 
During the visit, they exchanged views on possible areas of cooperation between our university and Ghana and especially on agricultural projects that universities and institutes in Ghana can be involved in.
 
The delegation was welcomed by Prof. Dr. Mehmet Kılıç, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Konya Food and Agriculture University, Rector Prof. Dr. Erol Turan and the university administration and was informed about the university's educational activities, research studies and international projects.
 
During the meeting, a consensus was reached to carry out joint studies in areas such as agriculture, food technologies, research projects and student exchange programs.
 
The visit was considered as an important step in the development of academic and scientific cooperation between the two countries.
 
Within the scope of the visit, foreign students studying at our university and in Konya also met with His Excellency Mr. A. Nasiru-Deen.
