Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities External Stakeholder Workshop

An external stakeholder workshop aimed at enhancing the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities' activities—specifically regarding education, internships, graduate competencies, research, and societal contributions—was held on September 30, 2026. Attended by relevant academics in the field of social sciences and humanities, as well as representatives from public institutions, the private sector, and civil society organizations, the workshop began with a situational analysis. Subsequently, evaluations were conducted regarding education and internship activities, graduate competencies, increasing employment, and fostering university-stakeholder collaboration.
Key topics addressed during the workshop included updating educational programs and practices to align with sectoral needs and expectations, enhancing the effectiveness of internship activities, cultivating graduates with qualifications suited to societal and sectoral demands, expanding opportunities for collaborative research and development, strengthening applied training processes, and establishing partnerships to boost graduate employability. Participants shared their views and suggestions, engaging in discussions on proposals and roadmaps specifically aimed at enhancing graduate competencies.
The administration and department heads of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities emphasized the vital role of external stakeholder feedback in quality assurance and continuous improvement processes. They stated that sustainable communication and robust collaboration with stakeholders would significantly contribute to the university's institutional development, educational quality, and mission of societal contribution. In light of this, it was unanimously decided to make these workshops a regular occurrence.
