Graduate Disclosure Text Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

Konya Food and Agriculture University (hereinafter referred to as the "University" ) as the data controller, in particular the principle of protecting the privacy of private life; The personal data of the persons who register to the Graduate Student Information System will be recorded, classified, stored, stored, updated and processed in accordance with the Law within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") in accordance with the Law and will be transferred to third parties in cases and to the extent permitted by the legislation.

This Clarification Text has been prepared in accordance with the relevant legislation in force and the rules set forth in the regulations, communiqués, decisions and guidelines published by the Board, especially the Law. In the event that there is a change in the Law or other relevant legislation after the date of publication of the Clarification Text by the University and the Clarification Text becomes incompatible with the said change, the amended provisions and rules will be applied. All communiqués, decisions and guidelines published by the Board are followed by the University and the rules stipulated in the Clarification Text are kept up to date.

Data subjects within the scope of the Clarification Text are all real persons who register to the Graduate Student Information System.

In accordance with the Law, your personal data will be collected and processed by Konya Food and Agriculture University as the data controller within the scope described below.
