Konya Food and Agriculture University (hereinafter referred to as "University" ) as the data controller, in particular the principle of protecting the privacy of private life; The personal data of the persons who take part as speakers in the seminars / conferences / symposiums / meetings etc. held within the University will be recorded, classified, stored, updated and processed in accordance with the Law within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") and within the framework of the processing conditions listed in the Law, and will be transferred to third parties in cases and to the extent permitted by the legislation. This Clarification Text has been prepared in accordance with the relevant legislation in force and the rules set forth in the regulations, communiqués, decisions and guidelines published by the Board, especially the Law. In the event that there is a change in the Law or other relevant legislation after the date of publication of the Clarification Text by the University and the Clarification Text becomes incompatible with the said change, the amended provisions and rules will be applied.
1. PERSON IN CONCERN
Data subjects within the scope of the Clarification Text are all real persons who take part as speakers and participants in seminars/conferences/symposiums/meetings etc. organized within the University.

In accordance with the Law, your personal data will be collected and processed by Konya Food and Agriculture University as the data controller within the scope described below. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data Your identity and contact data are processed by the University in line with the realization of the above-mentioned purposes; - It is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, as specified in subparagraph c of paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Law; Your educational and professional status and other data, - Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, as specified in subparagraph f of paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Law based on legal grounds. 3. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW

However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by the University.
In this context, personal data owners; To learn whether personal data is processed, to request information if personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, to know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the law and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring the processing of personal data disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, to object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and to demand compensation for the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
