Konya Food and Agriculture University (hereinafter referred to as "University" ) as the data controller, in particular the principle of protecting the privacy of private life; Personal data obtained from people working in the laboratory, using and visiting with special permission will be recorded, classified, stored, updated and processed in accordance with the Law within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law"), and will be processed within the framework of the processing conditions listed in the Law, and will be transferred to third parties in cases and to the extent permitted by the legislation.

Data subjects within the scope of the Clarification Text are all real persons who work in the laboratories located on the University campuses, use and visit the laboratories with special permission.
In accordance with the Law, your personal data will be collected and processed by Konya Food and Agriculture University as the data controller within the scope described below. 4. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your collected personal data may be shared with judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies upon request to resolve legal disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation.
5. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW
