Student Guest House Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data

Konya Food and Agriculture University (hereinafter referred to as the "University" ) as the data controller, in particular the principle of protecting the privacy of private life; Within the framework of the Student House Accommodation Agreement, the personal data of the persons staying in the student guest houses within the University will be recorded, classified, stored, updated and processed in accordance with the Law within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"), and will be processed within the framework of the processing conditions listed in the Law, and will be transferred to third parties in cases and to the extent permitted by the legislation.
1. RELATED PERSON
The data subjects within the scope of the Clarification Text are all real persons within the scope of the Student House Accommodation Agreement, including the persons who stay in the student guest houses within the University.

3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data collected by the University; Within the framework of the above-mentioned data processing purposes and the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, it may be shared with legal units for the purpose of obtaining legal consultancy services, with judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies upon request to resolve legal disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation. In case of late entry to the student guest house or absenteeism without permission, your data regarding the relevant situation and entry-exit times will be shared with your relatives based on the information you have shared with us during the establishment and subsequent performance of the contract in order to inform my relatives about urgent and important situations, if you give your explicit consent or if you are a minor.
4. SHARING PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES ABROAD
Your personal data may be shared with abroad within the framework of keeping the e-mail service infrastructures of the e-mail contact addresses sent to the relevant persons in data centers located abroad.
5. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW
